Come join us in beautiful Skull Valley this Summer for a 4 day retreat to Nourish and Rejuvenate the deep self. Late Summer is the best time to take pause, slow down and re-examine what is most important.

With Colleen’s expert Coaching and Kelly’s Ayurvedic wisdom, we offer space for:

  • Ayurvedic Seasonal routines
  • Reflection & Silence

There is also plenty of free time to enjoy the natural peaceful surroundings, to rest & journal or to schedule a Massage, a private Coaching Session (w/ Colleen) or an Ayurvedic Consult (w/ Kelly).

We recognize that each of us has a unique constitution and life path (Svadharma)  that requires an individualized approach.

Yoga, Ayurveda and the Mind

Thursdays: 2/2/2017 & 2/23/2017

4 week series for Beginner and Intermediate Students
This class will explore how we weave the practice of Yoga, Ayurveda and Mantra to heal and balance the Mind.

It will include:
•Discussion and practical techniques in pranayam to cultivate equanimity of mind
•Practice and understanding of Mantra and how the practice of mantra can heal the mind and shift deep seated samskaras
•Discussion, practice and learning how to shift our approach to Asana ~ when it is healing and helpful and when it is feeding our imbalances
•Daily routines that cultivate contentment
